System Start Up

1. Connect the plug of the charger to the socket on the back of the pipette (

). Connect the

charger to an AC wall socket.

Note: You can use the pipette while the charger is connected.

2. Press the trigger (

) to turn on the pipette.

3. After 30 minutes without usage the pipette switches to the sleep mode. Press

POWER OFF

to switch off the pipette.

Operation

Setting of the pipetting volume

1. Choose the

PIPETTE

function (

2. Select the volume by pressing the scroll key (

Setting of the pipetting speed (optional)

1. Select

Pipetting

1. Dip the tip (Cat. No. BBP068) under the surface of the liquid. Press the trigger (

). The liquid is

drawn in to the tip.

2. To deliver the liquid press the trigger.

3. Change the tip and continue pipetting.

Note: For the convenient usage of HACH LANGE cuvette tests, the nine most frequently used volumes are pre-programmed

(MENU

PROGRAM PROG 1-9).
