The proper adjustment routine depends on two factors:
1. the type of collection bottle (2l glass bottle or 4l polypropylene bottle); and,
2. the software version of your BVC professional model.
For software versions V1.6 and higher, the version number is on the rating plate. For earlier models, the
software version is determined by the product serial number.
Note: If your BVC professional is repaired at the factory, we will update the software to the latest version,
and print the software version on the rating plate.
Selection of the adjustment routine
Signal tones
Alert tone: Repeated beep
The signal tone is a repeated beep if the bottle is more than 3/4 full, or if there is a false alarm.
Buzzer: A single buzzing sound
The signal tone is a single buzzing sound if the adjustment routine has been carried out correctly follow-
ing adjustment routines 1, 2, 3 and 4.
