For use of the mid−position module DRQD−... −Z1:
Note
S Use one−way flow control valves GRLZ
(supply air flow control).
It is directly screwed into the supply
port
aH.
By doing this, you will avoid overly
strong dynamic forces at the twin piston
of the mid−position module.
S Connect the compressed air supply aH.
Installation of system technical fittings
If both supply ports of the semi−rotary drive are pressurised simultaneously:
Note
An eccentrically arranged mass and the resetting force of the shock absorbers
can lead to an automatic movement.
S Be sure that the drive shaft of the semi−rotary drive moves freely.
For pneumatic control of the DRQD:
S Use a 5/2 way valve.
