Defrosting
There are 4 defrost programs:

1. Press the ”DEFROST” button (k) several times to select
defrost program (see list in table above or on apparatus (m)).
The display will show the program name and the microwave
and defrost indicators will come on.
2. Enter defrost time (program 1) or food weight (program 2, 3
and 4) using the number buttons.
o Weights of between 100 and 2000 g can be entered for
programs 2, 3 and 4. The apparatus will calculate defrost time
based on weight entered.
3. Press the ”START/+30SEC./CONFIRM” button to start
cooking. The defrost and microwave indicators will start to
flash and the remaining time will be displayed.
Reheat
There are 4 reheat programs:

1. Press the ”REHEAT” button (h) several times to select reheat
program (see list in table above or on apparatus (I)). The
program name will flash, the microwave and AUTO indicators
will come on.
2. Press the ”START/+30SEC./CONFIRM” button to confirm
choice of program. The program name will stop flashing.
3. Press the ”REHEAT” button several times to select food
weight or quantity (varies according to program).
4. Press the ”START/+30SEC./CONFIRM” button to start
cooking. The AUTO and microwave indicators will start to
flash and the remaining time will be displayed.
Cooking using auto menu
The apparatus has 10 auto menu programs used for different
food types (see auto menu list in the table below).
1. Press the button for the required automenu program. The
relevant indicators and AUTO indicator will light.
2. Press the automenu button several times to select food
weight or quantity (varies according to program). The
apparatus will automatically calculate the cooking time based
on auto menu and weight/number selected.
3. Press the ”START/+30SEC./CONFIRM” button to start
cooking. The relevant symbols will start to flash and the
remaining time will be displayed.

NB! The following applies for automenu program 9 for baking
cakes: Baking takes place at 160 °C convection with preheat.
When the cooking temperature is reached, two beeps will
sound to remind you to put the cake in. Press the ”START/
+30SEC./CONFIRM” button to start cooking.
Multi-stage cooking
You can enter a sequence of up to 3 cooking stages. If one of
the stages is defrost, it must always be the first. Set each stage
and press the ”START/+30Sec/Confirm” button to start cooking.
When a stage is completed, a single beep will sound and the
next stage will start automatically.
Example:
You want to defrost for 5 minutes and then cook at 80%
microwave power for 4 minutes, and grill for 21⁄2 minutes.
1. Select defrost program 1 by pressing once on the
”DEFROST” button. The display will show ”d – 1”. Enter ”5-0-
0” using the number buttons.
2. Select microwave power by pressing twice on the
”MICROWAVE” button. The display will show ”P – 80”. Enter
”4-0-0” using the number buttons.
3. Select grill program by pressing the ”GRILL” button. The
display will show ”G – 1”. Enter ”2-3-0” using the number
buttons.
4. Press the ”START/+20SEC./CONFIRM” button to start
cooking.
NB! Automenu- and reheat programs cannot be used for
multistage cooking.
Cooking using the timer
The apparatus has a timer function for starting cooking at a
predetermined time. The clock must be set to use this function.
1. Set the required cooking program as described above.
2. Press the ”CLOCK/PRE-SET” button. The display shows
“0:00”.
3. Set start time using number buttons.
4. Press the ”START/+30SEC./CONFIRM” button to confirm the
setting. The display will return to the clock.
5. Two beeps will sound, and cooking will begin at the set time.
NB! The timer function cannot be used with defrost.
Cooking using the memory function
The apparatus has 3 memory slots for frequently used programs.
1. Press the ”MEMORY” (J) button one, two or three times to
select the required memory slot.
2. Set a program with one or two stages as described under
Multistage Cooking.
3. Press the ”MEMORY” button to save the set program, or
press the ”START/+30Sec/Confirm” to start cooking using the
set program, which will also be automatically saved.
4. Next time you use the same program, simply select the
memory slot using the ”MEMORY” and press the ”START/
+30Sec/Confirm” button to start cooking.
