Digital Still Camera Mode (VP-D353(i)/D354(i)/D355(i) only)
✤ Photo Quality function works in Player/M.Cam modes.
✤ You can select the quality of a still images to be recorded.
1. Set the Power switch to CAMERA or PLAYER.
2. If the Power switch is set to CAMERA mode, set the Mode
switch to MEMORY CARD.
If the Power switch is set to PLAYER mode, set the Mode
switch to TAPE.
3. Press the MENU button.
■ The menu list will appear.
4. Move the Menu selector to the left or right to select
Memory, then press the Menu selector.
5. Move the Menu selector to the left or right to select Photo
Quality, then press the Menu selector.
6. Move the Menu selector to the left or right to select desired
image quality(Super Fine, Fine, Normal), then press the
Menu selector.
7. To exit, press the MENU button.
■ The selected icon will be displayed
The actual number of images that you can record varies
depending on the nature of the subject to be recorded.

■ The above approximation is based on a 8MB Memory Stick
under normal recording conditions.
■ The number of pictures that can be stored on a memory
card depends on various conditions.

✤ Die Funktion Photo Quality <Fotoqualität> ist nur im Modus
Player/M.Cam verfügbar.
✤ Sie können festlegen, in welcher Qualität Einzelbilder
aufgenommen werden.
1. Stellen Sie den Power-Schalter auf CAMERA oder PLAYER.
2. Wenn der Power-Schalter auf der Position CAMERA steht,
stellen Sie den Funktionsschalter auf MEMORY CARD.
Wenn der Power-Schalter auf der Position PLAYER steht,
stellen Sie den Funktionsschalter auf TAPE.
3. Drücken Sie die Taste MENU.
■ Das Menü wird angezeigt.
4. Bewegen Sie den Menu Selector nach links oder rechts,
um Memory <Speicher> zu wählen, und drücken Sie
anschließend den Menu Selector.
5. Bewegen Sie den Menu Selector nach links oder rechts,
um Photo Quality <Fotoqualität> auszuwählen, und
drücken Sie den Menu Selector.
6. Bewegen Sie den Menu Selector nach links oder rechts,
um die gewünschte Bildqualität auszuwählen (Super Fine
<Superfein>, Fine <Fein>, Normal), und drücken Sie den
Menu Selector.
7. Drücken Sie die Taste MENU, um das Menü zu verlassen.
■ Das Symbol für die gewählte Funktion wird angezeigt.
Die tatsächliche Anzahl der Bilder, die gespeichert werden
können, hängt von den aufgenommenen Motiven ab.

■ Diese Annäherungswerte gelten für Aufnahmen unter
normalen Bedingungen bei Verwendung eines Memory
Stick mit 8MB Speicherkapazität.
■ Die Anzahl der Bilder, die auf einer Speicherkarte
gespeichert werden können, ist von verschiedenen
Faktoren abhängig.
