Important instructions for safety and environment

1.3 Children's safety

ƒ

Packaging materials are dangerous to
children. Keep packaging materials in a safe
place out of the reach of the children.

ƒ

Electrical products are dangerous for the
children. Keep children away from the product
when it is operating. Do not let them tamper
with the product. Activate the child-proof lock
in order to prevent the children to tamper with
the machine.

ƒ

Do not forget to close the loading door
when leaving the room where the product is
located.

1.4 Disposing of the waste product

This product was made of high quality items and
materials which are recyclable and reusable.
Therefore, do not dispose of the product at the
end of its service life with the domestic and
other wastes. Take them to a collection point
for the recycling of the electrical and electronic
devices. Ask your local administration for these
collection points. By delivering the used products
to recycling points, contribute to the protection of
the environment and the natural resources. For
children's safety, cut the power cord and break
the locking mechanism, if any, of the loading door
so that the product will be nonfunctional before
disposing it.

1.5 Compliance with WEEE Directive

This appliance’s packaging material is
recyclable. Help recycle it and protect
the environment by dropping it off in
the municipal receptacles provided for
this purpose. Your appliance also
contains a great amount of recyclable

material. It is marked with this label to indicate the
used appliances that should not be mixed with
other waste. This way, the appliance recycling
organised by your manufacturer will be done under
the best possible conditions, in compliance with
European Directive 2002/96/EC on Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment. Contact your
town hall or your retailer for the used appliance
collection points closest to your home. We thank
you doing your part to protect the environment.
