For shipment all holes of the housing are locked by cable glands.
These cable glands are only pre-assembled. Additionally, the
cable glands are locked by closing plugs which have to be
removed before operation.
Before operating the Top Control cable glands shall be mounted
according installation instruction of manufacturer Hummel AG,
Germany. Obtain the allowed diameter of the cable.
Holes which are not used for cable inlets have to be secured by
applicable ex-approved plugs.
Bürkert uses products manufactured by Hummel AG, Germany:
cable glands: 1.295.1602.50 1.291.1602.50
Plug: 1.297.1601.50
Cable glands and plugs are products of Hummel AG, Germany.
Installation according the installation instruction of the product.
