INJECTION GUN INSTRUCTIONS
SET-UP
1. Hold the disposable cartridge in an upright position.
2. Remove cap
3. Attach hose to the top of the disposable cartridge.
4. Push the release lever with your thumb, and pull the rod
all the way back.
5. Install cartridge into gun assembly
6. Squeeze trigger until piston seats in disposable cartridge.
Now the Injection gun is ready to be used.
OPERATION (R-134a)
The Injection gun injects the dye into the A/C system without the need
to evacuate any refrigerant. To use, proceed with the following steps:
1. Remove the drip cap from the R-134a adapter and connect to the
low side port of the A/C system.
2. Inject 1/4 oz. ( 7.5 ml) of dye into the A/C system by squeezing the
trigger. Each 1/4 oz. (7.5ml) application contains enough dye for a
typical vehicle. Larger systems will require one application for
every 16 ozs. (480ml) of compressor oil.
3. Disconnect from the A/C system.
4. Attach drip cap to the R-134a adapter.
5. Install “Dye Service Sticker” in a visible location under the hood.
OPERATION (R-12)
If you purchased a model that comes with an optional R-12 adapter,
please follow these steps to install dye in R-12 systems:
1. Complete all steps in SET-UP procedure.
2. Remove R-12 adapter drip cap and attach to low side port
of the A/C system.
3. Attach injection gun system to the R-12 adapter.
4. Repeat steps from 2-5 in OPERATION (R-134a).

MONTAGE
1. Tenez la cartouche jetable en position verticale.
2. Retirez le couvercle.
3. Raccordez le tuyau à la partie supérieure de la cartouche jetable.
4. Appuyez sur le levier de dégagement avec le pouce, et tirez à
fond la tige.
5. Installez la cartouche dans le dispositif du canon.
6. Serrez la détente jusqu’à ce que le piston soit assujetti dans la
cartouche jetable.

FONCTIONNEMENT (R-134a)
Le canon Spotgun injecte le colorant dans l’installation de
conditionnement d’air sans avoir à évacuer un mélange réfrigérant.
Pour ce faire, procédez comme suit:
1. Enlevez le bouchon d’égouttage de l’adaptateur R-134a,
puis raccordez le port latéral inférieur de l’installation de
conditionnement d’air.
2. Injectez 7,5 ml de colorant dans l’installation de conditionnement
d’air en serrant la détente. Chaque application de 7,5 ml contient
assez de colorant pour un véhicule type. Les grandes installations
nécessitent une application pour chaque quantité d’huile de
compresseur égale à 480 ml.
3. Effectuez une déconnexion de l’installation de conditionnement d’air.
4. Reliez le bouchon d’égouttage à l’adaptateur R-134a.
5. Posez en bonne place sous le capot l’autocollant SERVICE DE
COLORANT.
INJECTION DE COLORANT DANS LES SYSTÈMES (R-12)
Si vous vous êtes procuré un modèle qui est livré avec un adaptateur
optionnel R-12, veuillez suivre les étapes suivantes pour injecter le
colorant dans les systèmes R-12.
1. Accomplissez toutes les étapes de procédé d'installation.
2. Enlevez le bouchon d'égouttage, puis raccordez le port latéral
inférieur de l'installation de conditionnement d'air.
3. Raccordez le système d'injection du canon Spotgun au robinet
de l'adaptateur R-12.
4. Répétez les étapes de 2-5 en fonctionnement (R134a).
INSTRUCCIONES DE INYECCION
DEL SISTEMA SPOTGUN Jr.
PREPARACION
1. Sostenga el cartucho desechable en posiciÛn vertical.
2. Quite la tapa.
3. Una la manguera a la parte superior del cartucho desechable.
4. Empuje la palanca de desenganche con su dedo pulgar y tire la
barra completamente hacia atrás.
5. Instale el cartucho dentro de la pistola.
6. Apriete el gatillo hasta que el pistón se asiente
en el cartucho desechable.
El sistema de inyección Spotgun se encuentra preparado para el uso.
FUNCIONAMIENTO (R-134a)
El sistema de inyección Spotgun inyecta el tinte dentro del sistema
acondicionador de aire sin necesidad de evacuar la mezcla refriger-
ante. Para el uso, siga los pasos siguientes:
1. Saque la tapa de goteo del adaptador R-134a y conéctelo al orificio
lateral inferior del sistema acondicionador de aire.
2. Apretando el gatillo, inyecte 7,5 ml de tinte dentro del sistema
acondicionador de aire. Cada aplicación de 7,5 ml contiene tinte
suficiente para un vehículo típico. Los sistemas más grandes
necesitan una aplicación por cada 480 ml de aceite del compresor.
3. Desconecte del sistema acondicionador de aire.
4. Ponga la tapa de goteo en el adaptador R-134a.
5. Instale la “Etiqueta de Servicio de Tinte” en un lugar visible debajo
de la cubierta del motor.
INSTALACIÓN DEL TINTE (R-12)
Si usted compró un modelo que viene con un adaptador opcional R-12,
siga los pasos siguientes para instalar el tinte en los sistemas R-12.
1. Termine todos los pasos en procedimiento de la disposición.
2. Quite la tapa de goteo y únalo al orificio lateral inferior del
sistema acondicionador de aire.
3. Una el sistema de inyección Spotgun a la válvula del
adaptador R-12.
4. Repita los pasos a partir de la 2-5 en las operaciones (R134a).

EINRICHTUNG DES GERÄTES
1. Die Einwegpatrone senkrecht halten.
2. Die Kappe abnehmen.
3. Den Schlauch oben an der Einwegpatrone befestigen.
4. Den Auslösehebel mit dem Daumen drücken, und die
Stange ganz nach hinten ziehen.
5. Die Patrone in die Pistole einsetzen.
6. Den Auslöser solange drücken, bis der Kolben in der
Einwegpatrone sitzt.
Die Spotgun ist jetzt einsatzbereit.
BENUTZUNG (R-134a)
Die Spotgun spritzt den Farbstoff in die Klimaanlage, ohne dafl
das Kühlmittel vorher entfernt zu werden braucht. Bei Gebrauch
bitte wie folgt vorgehen:
1. Die Abtropfkappe vom R-134a Adapter entfernen und ihn an
dieKlimaanlagenöffnung an der unteren Seite anschlieflen.
2. 1/4 Unze Farbstoff in die Klimaanlage spritzen, indem der
Auslöser betätigt wird. Jede Anwendung von 7,5 ml Farbstoff
reicht für ein normales Fahrzeug. Größere Klimaanlagen
benötigen pro 480 ml Verdichteröl eine Farbstoffanwendung
(7,5 ml).
3. Von der Klimaanlage entfernen.
4. Die Abtropfkappe wieder an den R-134a Adapter anbauen.
5. Den ,,Farbstoffwartungsaufkleber,, (Dye Service Sticker)
gut sichtbar unter der Motorhaube anbringen.
EINBAU DES FARBSTOFFES IN EINE (R-12 ANLAGE)
Falls Sie ein Modell mit einem R-12 Adapter gekauft haben,
befolgen Sie bitte die folgenden Schritte beim Einbau des
Farbstoffes in eine
R-12 Anlage.
1. Führen Sie alle Schritte im Einstellung Verfahren durch.
2. Die Abtropfkappe entfernen, und den Adapter an die
Klimaanlagenöffnung an der unteren Seite anschließen.
3. Das Spotgun-Einspritzsystem an das R-12 Adapterventil
anschließen.
4. Wiederholen Sie Schritte von 2-5 in den Betrieben (R134a).
