1. Connection of Koaxical cable to Measuring unit turned off.
2. Connection of cable to calculator (RS 232) optional.
3. Connect power unit. The unit has on and off switch two possibilities to turn on:
- Push F2 and F3 together and the language will change. German / English
- If no switch is pushed, the last language will come up.
4. If initialized, the measuring unit recognizes the measure head (50 kN or 100 kN)
- If the measuring head is not connected, a fault will come up F1=Wdrhl display only after recognition of measure head can
be measured.
5. After switch on the software the measure head will be displayed.
6. The display shows the face in vin and the speed per minute.
If the connection is interrupted, the signal comes up "re signal" and the amount -500 is transferred.
7. If the speed increases 30000 rpm the signal "speed to high" comes up on the display and the amount -500 will be transferred.
8. Push F1 to change menu
- with F2 a temporary measuring amount will be set to 0.

with F3 a calculated compensation will be deleted and calibrated to the work part.
9. To read back to the display without saved changes push F1 again.

If F2 and F3 are pushed together, a calibration will be activated. The displayed amount is important during problem solving.
The release activates the relay.
Only for service
After initializing of measure head it can not be changed! Turn off until before change!
The unit heats with the built in generator. The unit can still be operated by hand.
DasThe temperature will not influence the unit and results.
