TROUBLESHOOTING
This section describes how to deal with any problems that may occur while using
the device.
If the device stops working properly, first check the following:
If the problem continues, contact your customer support hotline.
Screen
Trouble Solution
Nothing appears on the TV
screen.
1. Check if the TV and device are powered on.
2. Check the connection status of the cable between
the TV and device.
3. Check if the TV input is set to an external input
mode.
The menu screen is not
displayed.
1. Power on the device and then press the Menü
button on the remote control.
2. If pressing the Menü button still does not display
the menu screen properly, contact your customer
support hotline.
Remote Control
Trouble Solution
The remote control does not
work.
1. Operate the remote control to see if the IR LED on
the front of the product body flashes green.
If it flashes green whenever you press a remote
control button, it means the remote control and
device are working normally.
2. Check if the remote control is suitable for the
device.
3. Replace the batteries with new ones and check if
the remote control works normally.
4. Check if the batteries are inserted correctly.
5. Check if there is an obstacle between the device
and the remote control.
6. Operate the remote control near the device to see
if it works normally.
