The heating element is absorbed by corresponding brackets of the machine.

3.2

Operating instructions

The Heating Element must be used by well trained and autorized operators only!

3.2.1 Putting into operation

Please read the operating- and safety-instructions attentively before putting the
heating element into operation!

Do not use the heating element in explosive environments or bring it into
contact with easily flammable materials!

Put the heating element into the table clamping piece (art.-no.: 55540 and 55524).
Connect power plug to the power supply stated on the type plate and switch on the heating

element (Switch shows green light when activated).

Set required temperature (according DVS 2207) 160-280°C on the adjusting Knob (3) by

using a screwdriver.

The heating period is indicated by yellow control light. When reaching the adjusted Temperature
the yellow light flashes.

After another 10 minutes the heating element is ready for operation.

The temperature must be approved periodical by using an accurate thermometer.

Risk of serious injury! The heating plate can reach temperatures of approx 280°C.

For prolonged work stoppage pull power plug from the socket!
