Zur Ausrichtung des STAF-...-P-A-R
(Rollenausführung):
• Stellen Sie sicher, daß folgende
Punkte eingehalten werden:
-
Transportrichtung des Förderguts
exakt senkrecht zur Aufprallfläche
der Kolbenstange
$.
- Fördergut prallt nicht auf die Rolle.
Schräg auftreffendes Fördergut führt
zur Verkürzung der Lebensdauer des
STAF-...-P-A-R.
• Plazieren Sie den Stopperzylinder
so, daß die Flanschoberseite folgen-
den Abstand X in zum Fördergut hat.

• Befestigen Sie den STAF-... am An-
schlußflansch mit vier Schrauben
(siehe Bild 10).
When setting up the STAF-...-P-A-R
stopper cylinder (roller design)
• make sure of the following:
- the direction of transport of the
moving load must be exactly
vertical to the impact surface of
the piston rod
$.
- the moving load must not strike the
roller.
If the moving load strikes at an obli-
que angle, the lifespan of the STAF-
...-P-A-R will be reduced.
• Place the stopper cylinder so that
the top of the flange is the following
distance X from the moving load.

• Fasten the connecting flange of
the STAF-... with four screws
(see Fig. 10).
