Normal position means the vacuum module is

not in the “Generate vacuum”, “Air saving” or “Ejection” operating status.

Pneumatic and electrical status changes

Note

If there is a failure of the air or electrical supply of the valve terminal, the following

statuses result.

Air failure:

No vacuum can be generated, even if the valve is in the “Generate vacuum”

position.

No ejection impulse can be generated, even if the valve is in the “Ejection”

position.

Failure of the valve terminal electrical supply:

The switching position of the valve can only be changed through the electronics

of the vacuum module (change between “Generate vacuum” and “Air saving”).
