Caution
Unexpected movement of components.
Injury due to electric shock, impact, squeezing.
 Switch off power supply before assembly work.
 Switch off compressed air before assembly work.
 Observe safety instructions ( other applicable documents).
Note
Malfunction and material damage due to incorrect assembly.
 Mount product 7 properly
(  operating instructions for the product 7).
 Comply with tightening torques ( table).
 Mount central supports outside the traversing range of the slide.
Check: slide with the payload can be moved over the central supports in a
collision-free manner.

 Determine support spac-
ing L (  other applicable
documents).
5a. Central support MUP-8/12, MUP-18/25

 Position clips 1 at the at-
tachment points on the cor-
ners of the profiles.

 Select screws 6 suitable
for the installation situation.
 Tighten screws 6. Doing
this clamps the corners of
the profile and secures it to
the mounting surface.
5b. Central support MUP-18/25-P, MUP-32 … -80

 Place slot nuts 3 into the
mounting slots (B) at the
desired side of the profile.
 Place washers 5, if availa-
ble, under the screws 4.
 Align the mounting holes (C)
to the left or right of the pro-
file.
 Secure the plate 2 to the
slot nuts by using the
screws 4.
 Evenly tighten screws 4.

 Select screws 6 suitable
for the installation situation.
 Secure the plate 2 to the
mounting surface by using
the screws 6.
