The cushioning mount 1 is intended for fastening the shock ab-
sorber 4/5 and as an internal stop system on the swivel module 3.
2. Prefitting

• Screw the necessary shock
absorbers 4/5 into the
cushioning mount 1.

• Screw in the shock
absorbers 4/5 at first half
the screw-out length Z
(
!table).
• Tighten the locking nut (A) at
first only slightly.
Information
The screw-out length Z (medium value of permitted screw-out range)
serves as a rough adjustment.
• The fine adjustment and the permitted screw-out range are described in
the operating instructions for the swivel module 3.

• Make sure that both cush-
ioning mounts 1 with shock
absorbers 4/5 are fitted
on the swivel module 3.

• Tighten the screws 2 at first
only so far into the sliding
blocks (B) so that the cush-
ioning mounts 1 can still be
shifted.
3. Adjustment/fastening
• Adjust this internal stop system for the end positions as described in the
operating instructions for the swivel module 3.
Note
Tightening torques not sufficient!
Cushioning mounts 1 may shift under operating conditions and can
damage the swivel module 3.
• Note the following:

After successful adjustment and
before using the swivel mod-

• Make sure that everything is
screwed tight:
– The screws 2 with tighten-
ing torque M

shock absorbers 4/5 are
tightened with the permitted
tightening torque (see oper-
ating instructions for the
shock absorber).
