Das Modul darf nur in den Stromkreis von Ge-
räten geschaltet werden, die mit einer Gleich-
spannung (Akku, Batterie) zwischen 6 bis 30V
betrieben werden und die eine Stromaufnah-
me zwischen ca. 1A (Minimum) und 5A (Maxi-
mum) haben.
Bei Strömen unter ca. 1A reagiert das Modul
nicht. Ströme über 5A können im Dauerbetrieb
das Modul beschädigen. Wenn das Modul in
Leitungen mit Strömen von über 5A geschaltet
wird, dann muß parallel zum Eingang ein Wi-
derstand 0,1 Ohm 6W geschaltet werden.
Dann kann das Modul auch für Ströme bis 10A
verwendet werden (siehe Zeichnung).
Mit dem eingebauten Relaiskontakt 1 x UM
können dann andere Geräte bis zu einer Stro-
maufnahme von 3A ein- oder ausgeschaltet
werden. Der Kontakt kann mit Spannungen bis
max. 40V belastet werden. Wenn höhere
Ströme oder Spannungen geschaltet werden
sollen, dann müssen Sie mit dem Modul ein
größeres, stärkeres Relais schalten.
Sicherheitshinweis: Das Modul muß von ei-
nem zugelassenen Elektriker angeschlossen
werden. Im Fall eines Defektes kann das Mo-
dul platzen. Es muß daher so eingebaut wer-
den, daß das Modul in einem solchen Fall und
auch im Brandfall keinen Schaden anrichten
kann (z.B. Einbau in ein Metallgehäuse). Kurz-
schlüsse im Laststromkreis und falscher An-
schluß des Moduls können zur Zerstörung des
Moduls führen (z.B. brennen bei einem Kurz-
schluß die Kontakte fest). Weil jedes Modul vor
dem Versand sorgfältig geprüft wurde, ist ein
Kulanzersatz nicht möglich! The module may only be connected in the elec-
tric circuit of devices which are operated with di-
rect voltage (accumulator, battery) between 6 to
30V and which have a current consumption
between approx. 1A (minimum) and 5A (maxi-
mum).
The module does not react to currents of less
than 1A. Currents of more than 5A in continuous
operation may damage the module. If the modu-
le is inserted into lines with currents exceeding
5A, then a resistor 0.1 Ohm 6W has to be con-
nected in parallel to the input. Now the module
can be used for currents up to 10A (see dra-
wing).
By means of the installed relay point 1 x UM it is
possible to connect or disconnect other devices
up to a current consumption of 3A. The relay
point may be charged with voltages up to 40V at
maximum. If higher currents or voltages shall
be switched, a larger and stronger relay has to
be switched with the module.
Safety advice: The module must be connected
by a qualified electrician. In case of damage, the
module may burst. Therefore, it must be instal-
led in such a manner that in such a case or in
case of fire, it cannot cause any damage (e.g.
installation into a metal casing). Short circuits in
the load electric circuit and wrong connection of
the module may lead to destruction of the modu-
le (e.g. in case of short circuit, the contacts burn
together). Since every module has been tested
carefully before dispatch, replacement is not
possible!
