Push the tail pulley (2) onto the tail rotor shaft (4). Drive the spring pin (5) carefully
through the hole in the tail pulley and tail rotor shaft. You can use a 2mm drift punch,
1,5mm Hex driver or bench vise to do this. Make sure the spring pin is in the middle of
the pulley!
Slide one of the tail side frames with the flange of the bearing facing the pulley onto the
tail rotor shaft.
Mount it with the bolts (3) to the tailcase Center (1).
Slide the other tail-side frame with the flange of the bearing facing to the pulley on the
tail rotor shaft and fix it with the bolts (3).
Schieben Sie das Heckriemenrad (2) auf die Heckrotorwelle (4) und drücken Sie den
Spannstift (5) vorsichtig durch die Löcher im Heckriemenrad und der Heckrotorwelle.
Hierzu eignet sich ein 2mm Durchschlag, 1,5mm Innensechskant-Schraubendreher oder
ein Schraubstock. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Spannstift ausgemittelt in das Riemenrad
eingepresst wird!
Schieben Sie ein Seitenteil mit dem Flansch des Lagers voraus auf die lange Seite der
Welle. Befestigen Sie das Seitenteil am Heckgehäuse-Zentralstück (1) mit den
Schrauben (3). Das zweite Seitenteil wird ebenfalls mit dem Flansch voraus auf die Welle
geschoben, befestigen Sie dieses ebenfalls mit den Schrauben (3).
