Training
• This product is not a medical device. It is a
training instrument that has been designed for
measuring and displaying the human heart rate.
• If in doubt or in the case of illness, consult your
doctor on your own personal upper and lower
training heart rate values, and on the length and
frequency of training. This will ensure that you
achieve optimum training results.

tory problems or wearers of pacemakers should
