Wok Set
Intended use
Only for private use. The wok is suitable for gas,
electric, ceramic, halogen and induction hobs. The
wok is not suitable for use in the oven.

When using a lot of oil, do not cover the wok
with lid, since the resulting condensation may
lead to hot oil spitting out of the wok.
Please be aware that the wok, inclu-
ding the handles and rack may get
hot during cooking process. For this
reason use ovengloves.
The wok must never be left unattended during
cooking.
Do not place meat which is still dripping with
liquid into the hot fat. The fat splattering out on
to a hot hob could easily cause a fire.
Do not slide the wok on the glass ceramic and
halogen hobs to avoid scratches.
Do not use the lid if the knob is loose. Retighten
the screw joint of the handles if necessary.
Use
Remove any stickers before first use, as well as
rinsing with hot water.
Boil the wok 2 , the spatula 4 and the chop-
sticks 5 2 or 3 times before first use to remove
any production residues.
To avoid food sticking to the base, put some oil
into the wok.
Heat up the food at a higher / medium heat
setting and then let it cook at a lower heat
setting until ready.
You can place cooked foods down on the sup-
plied rack 3 to keep them hot or allow them
to drip. The rack fits on to the top of the wok.
Never heat the wok if it is empty.
Select an appropriate hob ring according to
diameter of the wok, so as to avoid losing heat.
Cleaning and care
Frequently cleaning of the pan with harsh
cleaners may damage it and can cause discol-
oration.
When washing by hand, please do not use
any sharp objects, since this could damage the
coating.
Wok and rack are suitable for dish-
washer.
The glass lid is suitable for dishwasher.
ATTENTION! Fragile / not impact-resistant!
Clean with warm soapy water, and dry
thoroughly.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of
recyclable materials, which you may
dispose of at local recycling facilities.
