DANGER OF DEATH! Children should

not be allowed to handle batteries. Do not leave batteries
lying around. There is a danger that they may be swallowed
by children or pets. If batteries are swallowed, seek medical
advice immediately.

CAUTION! This product is not a children’s toy! Keep

the product away from children. Children are not able to
appreciate the dangers associated with electrical products.

Do not use the product if you notice any signs of damage.

DANGER OF FIRE! The batteries must

not be short-circuited. Otherwise this might lead to over-
heating, fire or bursting.

DANGER OF EXPLOSION! Never

throw batteries into fire or water. Never attempt to recharge
single-use batteries! The batteries might explode.

Leaking or damaged batteries may cause burns
to the skin when touched; in such cases it is
essential to wear appropriate protective gloves.

Remove used batteries from the device. Very old or used bat-

teries may leak. The chemical fluid can damage the product.

Remove the batteries from the device if this is not going to

be used for a prolonged period.

Always use batteries of the same type (see the section

“Technical specifications”).

Check the batteries regularly for signs of expiry.
Never expose the product to high temperatures or moisture,

as otherwise the product may be damaged.

Ensure that the product is not subjected to a mechanical load!

Please contact a qualified electrician in the case of damage,

repairs or other problems with the light.

Do not mix old batteries with new ones for using.

CAUTION! RISK OF OVERHEATING! Do not operate

the light set whilst it is still in the packaging.

After use, place the light set back in the packaging to

avoid it becoming unintentionally damaged.

This article does not contain any parts which can be

serviced by the user. The bulbs cannot be replaced.

The string lights must not be electrically connected to

another set of lights.

Never connect the light set directly to a 230 V mains supply.
