Lumbar pad
• The lumbar pad (2) that is included with the bandage is
removable and can be positioned individually (see figure B).
• The bandage is positioned correctly if the lumbar pad (2) is
noticeably above the top of the buttocks (see figure C).
• Correct positioning will promote circulation, provide targeted
support from the lower spine, and improve muscle function.

Cleaning and care
• Wash the bandage thoroughly before the first use.
• After wearing the bandage two or three times we recommend
washing the article again.
• Close the Velcro closures during washing.
• Rinse your bandage thoroughly after washing.
• Wash separately.
• Wash the pad separately in a laundry net.
