1) Find a well-lit place to work. There must be a mains power outlet
in close proximity.
2) Insert the appropriate attachment for your purpose in the attach-
ment fi tting . The attachment must sit securely.

4) Plug the mains adapter 8 into a mains power outlet.
5) Always start the treatment at slow speed and only increase it
when necessary. Press the Hi button 2 to increase the speed.
If you want to reduce the speed, press the Lo button

6) Slide the on/off /direction switch 5 in the desired direction.
The selected direction of rotation is shown by the coloured LED
direction indicator
4 as follows:

Green LED = clockwise
–
Red LED = anti-clockwise
7) The appliance operates at the slowest speed.
NOTE
► Always select the direction of rotation for treating the nails in
their direction of growth. If possible, treat the nails from the
outside towards the inside (to the nail tip). Otherwise, the
nails will split more easily.
► If you feel that the nails could crack during treatment, select
the other direction.
8) You can now start working.
