drehschutzbolzen 3 der KBT beiseite

Unscrew KBT/KST. Lay aside the anti-
twist pin 3.

Push insulation 4 into the cable.

Crimpen der Kontakte Crimping the contacts

Leiter mit allen Einzeldrähten in die
Presshülse einschieben. Leiter muss
im Sichtloch A sichtbar sein. (ill. 4)
Insert cable with all wires into the
crimping sleeve. Cable must be visible
in the sight hole A.

Mittels Presszange Elpress mit pas-
sendem Einsatz (siehe Tab. 2) Leitung
in Presshülse verpressen. Presszone
beachten! Leitung nicht anschweissen
oder anlöten! (ill. 5)
Crimp the cable with the crimping pli-
ers Elpress and the correct insert (see
Tab. 2). Be sure to crimp within the
crimping zone! Do not solder or weld
the cable!

Nach dem Crimpen darf die Distanz
zwischen Leitungsisolation und
Crimphülse nicht grösser als 3mm
sein. (ill. 6)
The distance between the cable insu-
lation and crimp sleeve should not be
more than 3mm after crimping.
