ZackMount is extremely well-suited for attaching a wide va-
riety of products without having to drill holes. Items can be
attached to load-bearing, rough and smooth interior and ex-
terior surfaces, such as tiles, natural stone, concrete, glass,
wood laminates, metal and many plastics.
The grip of ZackMount is more limited on surfaces less able to
take loads, such as wallpaper, plaster, paint, etc. For plastics,
it may be necessary to remove any mould separating agents
left over from the manufacturing process. On nano-coated
surfaces, a longer curing time usually results in a better grip.
ZackMount will not adhere to polyethylene (PE), polypropy-
lene (PP) or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), e.g. Teflon. You
are strongly advised to carry out an initial test to determine
the load-bearing capacity and adhesion of other plastics and
materials not listed here.
Working temperature: +5°C to +40°C
Application temperature: -40°C to +100°C, for short periods up to 1h +120°C, good UV
resistance.
Can be used in wet conditions, also with steam.
Do not leave under water for prolonged periods.
ZackMount eignet sich hervorragend zur Befestigung ohne
Bohrlöcher und ist für eine Vielzahl von Produkten auf trag-
fähigen, rauhen und glatten Untergründen im Innen- und Au-
ßenbereich wie Fliesen, Naturstein, Beton, Glas, Holz, Lami-
naten, Metallen und vielen Kunststoffen, geeignet.
Auf weniger tragfähigen Untergründen wie Tapeten, Putz,
Farben etc. ist die Tragfähigkeit entsprechend begrenzt. Bei
Kunststoffen sind evtl. herstellungsbedingte Trennmittel vor-
her zu entfernen. Auf nanobeschichteten Oberflächen führt
eine längere Aushärtezeit meist zur Haftverbesserung.
Auf Polyethylen (PE), Polypropylen (PP) und Polytetraflou-
rethylen (PTFE) wie z.B. Teflon ist keine Haftung gegeben!
Bei anderen Kunststoffen und hier nicht genannten Produk-
ten und Untergründen sind Vorversuche bzgl. Tragfähigkeit
und Haftung erforderlich.
Verarbeitungstemperatur von +5°C bis +40°C
Gebrauchstemperatur -40°C bis +100°C, kurzfristig bis 1h +120°C,
gute UV Beständigkeit
Im Nassbereich auch unter Wasserdampf einsetzbar.
Nicht dauerhaft unter Wasser setzen.
