Power adapter plus USB connection: When connected
to several power-consuming devices, connect both
the power adapter and the USB cable to the hub to
ensure a stable connection.
USB connection only: When connected to less power-
consuming devices, simply connect the USB cable to
the hub. This allows for added portability in on-the-
go use.
To achieve maximum performance, your computer
system, peripherals, cables, and software must all
support USB 3.0.
For maximum performance, connected devices should
not exceed a combined current of 4A (power adapter
attached), or 900mA (powered solely by the USB
connection) . Otherwise, connections may become
unstable or disconnect entirely.
