Reinigen
Bei häufigem Schlagbohrbetrieb sollte vor dem Einsetzen des
Bohrers die Maschine mit dem Futter senkrecht nach unten
gehalten und das Futter über den gesamten Spannbereich
geschlossen und geöffnet werden. Der angesammelte Staub fällt
aus der Futterbohrung. Die regelmäßige Verwendung von Reini-
gungsspray an den Spannbacken und Spannbackenbohrungen
wird empfohlen.
Cleaning
When frequently impact drilling, the machine should be held
downwards with a vertically aligned chuck and the chuck should
be closed and re-opened over the whole clamping area, before
the drill is inserted. The accumulated dust drops out of the chuck
bore. It is recommended to clean the clamping jaws and
clamping jaw bores periodically with cleansing spray.
Nettoyage
En cas de perçage à percussion fréquent, la machine doit être
maintenue verticalement vers le bas avec le mandrin avant l’uti-
lisation du taraud et le mandrin doit être fermé et ouvert sur toute
la plage de serrage .La poussière accumulée tombe du trou du
mandrin. L’utilisation régulière de vaporisateur de nettoyage sur
les mors de serrage et les trous de mors de serrage est recom-
mandée.
Pulizia
Se si usa spesso la funzione di perforazione a percussione, prima
di inserire la punta si dovrebbe tenere la macchina in posizione
verticale con il mandrino rivolto verso il basso e aprire e chiudere
completamente il mandrino. La polvere accumulata fuoriesce dal
foro del mandrino. Si consiglia di usare regolarmente uno spray
di pulizia sullegriffe e sui fori delle griffe.
Limpiar
Para servicio frecuente en taladrado de percusión se debería,
antes de utilizar la broca, abrir y cerrar el portabrocas en toda su
capacidad, colocado este verticalmente hacia abajo. El polvo
acumulado sale del portabrocas. Se recomienda el uso regular
de Spray de limpieza en las garras de sujeción y en las perfora-
ciones de las mismas.

c) Tounchuckworkchuckedwithahighgrippingforce(onlypossiblewith
chucksprovidedwithahexagononthebodyhead):Pullthemainsplug

3. Chucking

Chucksholding drillswith softshanksmayhaveto beretigh-
tened afterthedrillhasbeen in useforashortperiod oftime.
Caution:Chucksequippedwithgrippingfordesafetylock
(Percussiondrilling):
Whenthechuckjawshavebeenmovedintocontactwiththetool,the
torquemustbeminimallyincreasedtoengagethegrippingforcesafety
lock.Tothisend,thesleevemustbeturnedthrough anangleofapprox.
50 o .Onlythencanthetoolitselfbechuckedbyvigrouslyturningthe
sleeveinthe”ZU”(CLOSED)direction.Thisisaccompaniedbyagrating
noisewhichisinherentinthedesignandthereforenoreasonforconcern.

Sie haben sich mit dem schlüssellosen RÖHM-
Bohrfutter EXTRA-RV für ein Produkt ent-
schieden, das sich durch Zuverlässigkeit und
hoher Qualität auszeichnet. Damit eine sichere
Spannfunktion des Bohrfutters gewährleistet
ist, bitten wir Sie, folgendes zu beachten:
1. Bohrer so tief wie möglich einsetzen
2. Haltering ”A” umfassen und Hülse ”B” in
Drehrichtung ”ZU” bzw. ”Grip” drehen,bis der
mechanische Wiederstand überwunden ist.
3. Achtung: der Bohrer ist jedoch noch nicht
gespannt. Umfassen Sie den Haltering ”A”und
die Hülse ”B” und drehen Sie die Hülse ”B” in
Drehrichtung ”ZU” bzw. ”Grip”,bis ein Klicken
hörbar ist. Der Bohrer isterst ausreichend ges-
pannt, wenn Sie solange kräftig weiterdrehen,
bis ein weiterklicken nicht mehr möglich ist.
4. Bei weichen Bohrschäften (z.B. bei Stein--
bohrern) muß eventuell nachgespannt werden.

Pour assurer une bonne fonction de serrage du
mandrin porte-foret, veuillez S.V.P. respecter
ce qui suit:
1. Enfoncer le foret aussi loin que possible
2. Tenir l’anneau de blocage ”A” et tourner la
douille ”B” dans le sens de rotation ”ZU”
(FERMER) ou ”Grip” jusqu’à ce que la rési-
stance mécanique soit surmontée.
3. Atention: le foret n’est toutefois pas encore
serré. Tenez l’anneau de blocage ”A” et la
douille ”B” dabns le sens de rotation ”ZU”
(FERMER) ou ”Grip” jusqu’à ce qu’un clic se
fasse entendre. Le foret n’est serré suffi-
samment que si vous continuez de tourner
fortement jusqu’à ce qu’il ne soit plus possi-
ble de faire cliquer.
4. En présence de queues de forets non
trempées (p. ex. mèches à pierre), un res-
serrage est éventuellement nécessaire.

3. Atención: la broca aùn no
esta sujetada. Empuñe el
anillo de retención ”A” y gire
el mangulto ”B” en dirección
de giro ”ZU” resp. ”Grip” ha-
sta que se oiga un chas-
quido. La broca está bien su-
jetada después de haber gi-
rado fuertemente el mangulto
hasta ya no ser posible un
chasquido más.
4. Con cañas de broca blandas
(por ej.: brocas de cincel)
eventualmente se deberá re-
apretar.

In selecting the EXTRA-RV keyless drill
chucks, you have chosen a reliable and high
quality product. Pleaser bear the following
points in mind to ensure that the chucking finc-
tion of the drill chuck operates sccurely:
1. Push in the drill bit as far as possible.
2. Grip the holding ring ”A” and turn the sleeve
”B” in the direction of rotation ”ZU” or ”Grip”
until you overcome the mechanical resi-
stance.
3. Important: The drill bit is not yet clamped.
Grip the holding ring ”A” and sleeve ”B” and
turn the sleeve ”B” in the direction of rotation
”ZU” or ”Grip” until you hear a click. The drill
bit is only sufficiently firmly chucked after
you have continued turning applyng some
considerable force -- until it is not possible to
make it click any more.
4. Re-chucking may be neccessary if the drill
bit shank is rather soft (e.g. on masonry bits).
Egregio Cliente,
con la Pinza portapunta EXTRA-RV ha optato
per un prodotto che si distingure per affidabilità
ed alta qualità. Affinchè sia garantita una si-
cura funzione di serraggio della pinza porta-
punta. La preghiamo di osservare quanto se-
gue:
1. Inserire la punta quanto pin possibile in pro-
fondità.
2. Afferrare l’anello di tenuta ”A” e ruotare la
bussola ”B” nel senso di rotazione ”ZU” os-
sia ”Grip”, finchè sia stata superata la resi-
stenza maccanica.
3. Attenzione: la punta tutta via non è ancora
serrata. Afferrare l’anello di tenuta ”A” e bus-
sola ”B” e girare la bussola ”B” in senso di ro-
tazione ”ZU” ossia ”Grip” finchè si senta un
clic. La punta è sufficientemente serrata al-
lorchè, ruotando ancora con forza, non sia
più possibile udire altri clic.
4. In presenza di gambi di punte morbidi (per
esempio punte da roccia) ocorre eventual-
mente ripristinare il serraggio.
