Note:
Numerous reproduction and compression procedures as well as differ-
ences in quality of CDs/DVDs and burned CDs and DVDs are available.
Because of this reason problems with the play of files, (i.e. files may be
displayed but cannot be played), may occur in isolated cases. This is
not
a malfunction of the unit.
NOTE:
Press “ “ (Fig. 3/9) to return from the file list to the directories.
Exit Play Press the “ ” button (Fig. 3/7) on the remote control to exit playback.
Display Photos The DVD-Player is equipped to display your digital photos. These photos
may be stored on any media supported by your DVD-player (DVD, CD,
etc.).
NOTE:
Ensure an acceptable photo size. Very large photos may be displayed K
at a very slow speed or not at all. Ideally the photo size corresponds
with the picture format of the play. In TVs this is normally
1024x576 Pixel (size 16:9) or 768x576 (Size 4:3).
Please be aware that any conversion may lead to loss of information

regarding the original format.
Start the photo display by selecting the file you would like to start the
display with
Page 52, “Select File/Index and start playback”.
NOTE:
After a few seconds, a preview appears in the menu window on the right
hand side.
Turn Pages
Manual: K Press buttons or (Fig. 3/11) on the remote control to
scroll forwards or back.
Pause paging:
K Press (Fig. 3/7) to pause the automatic slideshow.
Press again to continue slideshow mode.
Rotate Pictures
You may rotate the picture during display by using the navigation but-
tons:
Rotate vertically: K Navigation button“ “
Rotate horizontally: K Navigation button “ “
90° clockwise: K navigation button “ “
90° counter clockwise: K navigation button “ “
Cross fade
When playing back pictures you can select between various cross fade
effects.
Press the
PROGRAM button repeatedly (Fig. 3/15).
