c)

Place the tweeter-/midrange segment above the middle
chamber and twist it through 90°, so that the tweeter points
upwards in horizontal loudspeaker position. Plug in the cable
and place the segment onto the speaker housing with the screw
holes corresponding to the holes on the segment plate.

d)

Connect the subwoofer with the cable in the upper chamber
and place the segment onto the speaker cabinet the same way
as you did with the tweeter-/midrange segment.

e)

Screw both segment plates onto the speaker cabinet firmly.

f)

If you choose to use two GTC 77 or two GTC 88 speakers as a

stereo pair in a horizontal position as indicated below, please
make sure that the set up is mirrored/symmetrical, i.e. that the
bass reflex ports of both loudspeakers face either inwards or
outwards in order to get a precise stereo image. This means you
have to turn the tweeter-/midrange segment above the middle
chamber for the right speaker through 90° in the opposite
direction than you did with the left one. Your horizontal stereo
setup should look:

Horizontal setup of the GTC 55

If you choose to use two GTC55 speakers as a stereo pair in a horizontal position
please make sure that the set up is mirrored/symmetrical, i.e. that the bass reflex
ports of both loudspeakers face either
inwards or outwards. This is crucial
for a precise stereo signal. Your
horizontal stereo setup should look:
