Operation

If the operating conditions are modified:

Note

Modifications to the effective load may cause the mass to strike hard against the
end position (load peaks).
• Repeat the setting of the YSR-C (

chapter “Commissioning”).

Hard knocking requires the following remedy:
• Reduce the impact speed, measure the cushioning length (s)

5 ( Fig. 3) as

a check (

Technical data Fig. 13).

Insufficient cushioning indicates a considerable loss of oil. In this case the
YSR-C must be replaced.

Maximizing the service life of the YSR-C:
If the shock absorber is not used to its full extent, there will be an increase in the
oil leakage.
• Make sure that the shock absorber is operated with an energy utilization of at

least 25% to max. 100%. The recommended range lies between 50 and 80%.

• Make sure that the YSR-C is utilized as follows:

• Take into account the fact that the viscosity of the hydraulic oil diminishes during

operation due to the friction heat which arises.
The shock absorber can therefore break through after a long period of operation.

At temperatures below 0 °C:
• Note that the resetting times of the YSR-C become longer (approx. 1 s).

Very low temperatures cause the viscosity of the hydraulic oil to increase.

Care and maintenance

• Check the oil loss on the YSR-C approximately every 2 million load changes. We

also recommend that you check the cushioning length (s) (

Fig. 3) of the YSR-C.

Otherwise the YSR-C does not require any maintenance.

Disassembly and repairs

• Reduce the amount of waste by using the materials in the YSR-C shock absorber

for other purposes (material recycling). The YSR-C is filled with hydraulic oil.
Due to the design, hydraulic oil cannot be refilled.

液压缓冲器 YSR-C 中装满了液压油。

当负载撞击缓冲器时,挤压油液流经节流阀进入另一腔体内,这个过程取决于

缓冲行程的大小; 撞击动能转化为热能。通过压缩弹簧的作用使活塞杆复位。
YSR-C

常用于承受惯性力。 它被设计用于吸收轴向作用力。

在许用负载范围内,YSR-C 通过缓冲垫也可作为止动挡块使用。
YSR-C

不能用于潮湿环境中。

当超过最大许用冲击力时:

除了液压缓冲器外,需额外使用止动挡块。

安装 YSR-C 时请注意以下几点:

负载应尽可能沿轴向撞向缓冲垫 4( Fig. 1),

(作用力方向的最大偏差为 5°, Fig. 2)。

外部止挡 7( Fig. 3)可防止 YSR-C 因惯性力过高而导致过载,

而且还有助于提高终端定位的精度( Fig. 3)。

按照所选的固定方式拧紧锁紧螺母 2( Fig. 1)。

拧紧时必须遵守下表中的紧固力矩:

请注意下列力的允许值:

压入力至少和(F2)相等,使液

压缓冲器能完全压入后面的终端位

置。对于前置的外部终端位置,

此值应相应地减小。

作用在活塞杆上的复位力最多

和(F1)相等,使液压缓冲器能

够完全复位(例如:活塞杆完全

伸出)。

先用较小的运行速度启动运动部件进行试运行。

试运行时:

将工作载荷逐步加速至所需运行速度。请根据具体的负载情况选定合适

的运行速度。正确的终端缓冲是:液压缓冲器的活塞杆到达终端位置

(止动挡块)时不会发生强烈撞击。
