The mini-slide DGSC is intended for the space-saving transport of loads.
2. Mounting
Note
To avoid functional faults and increased wear:
• Observe the characteristic curves and permissible limit values in our
catalogue ( www.festo.com/catalogue ).
• Handle the mini-slide 1 in such a way that no damage occurs to the
guide. When mounting to thread 6, 7 and (A), the slide yoke (S) must
be held, not the housing (G). Otherwise, the guide can be destroyed.
• Ensure warp-free installation of the mini-slide 1.
• Observe the permitted tightening torques ( Section 3.).
2a. Mounting variants
• Dependent on the mounting variant, use the corresponding screws 2/7
and cylindrical dowel pins 3 ( Section 3.)
• Use screws 2 with a screw-in length of 1.5 x diameter of the screw 1)
. For
screw 7 the max. screw-in length is 4 mm.
