Die Messung der Schichtdicke frisch aufgetragener Lacke ist sehr wichtig.
Einerseits beeinflusst die Schichtdicke die Qualität eines Produktes, andererseits kann die
Verwendung zu großer Materialmengen sehr kostspielig sein. Je nach
Applikationsmethode ist es empfehlenswert, die Schichtdicke des nassen Films zu
ermitteln.

• Hexagonale Form aus rostfreien Stahl oder Kunststoff
Anwendung
• Schätzen Sie die Schichtdicke, und drücken Sie die Kante des Messkammes mit der
entsprechenden Skalierung rechtwinklig in den Lackfilm
• Heben Sie den Kamm senkrecht ab
• Die Nass-Schichtdicke wird am ersten benetzten Zahn abgelesen
Measuring the film thickness of freshly applied coatings in the wet stage is very
important. On one hand, film thickness influences the quality of a product; on the other
hand, applying too much coating can be expensive. Depending on the application
method, it is advisable to measure wet film thickness.

• For measuring, push the comb gage perpendicularly into the film using the
measuring range that corresponds to the expected film thickness
• Remove comb gage from the coating
• The wet film thickness will fall between the clearance of the shortest tab wetted and
