DTS-HD Master Audio
DTS-HD Master Audio ist ein von Digital Theater System (DTS)
entwickeltes verlustfreies Audioformat. Dieses Format bietet die
Möglichkeit, bis zu 8 Audiokanäle mit einer Abtastfrequenz von 96 kHz/
24 Bit Auflösung und bis zu 6 Audiokanäle mit einer Abtastfrequenz von
192 kHz/24 Bit Auflösung zu unterstützen. Dieses Format ist mit
herkömmlichen Produkten wie z. B. Daten im herkömmlichen digitalen
DTS 5.1-Kanal-Surround-Format vollständig kompatibel.
DTS Neo:6™ Surround
Bei DTS Neo:6™ handelt es sich um eine Matrix-Kodierungstechnologie,
mit der Sie eine 6.1-Kanal-Surround-Wiedergabe mit 2-Kanal-Quellen
erreichen. Dazu gehört auch “DTS Neo:6 Cinema”, das besonders für die
Wiedergabe von Filmen geeignet ist, und “DTS Neo:6 Music”, das
besonders für die Musikwiedergabe geeignet ist.
o Audio
ALAC (Apple Lossless Audio Codec)
Hierbei handelt es sich um einen von Apple Inc. entwickelten verlustfreien
Audio-Codec. Dieser Codec kann in iTunes, auf dem iPod oder auf dem
iPhone wiedergegeben werden. Die auf ca. 60–70 % komprimierten Daten
können vollkommen verlustfrei dekomprimiert werden.
FLAC (Free Lossless Audio Codec)
FLAC steht für “Free Lossless Audio Codec” und ist ein verlustfreies
kostenloses Audio-Dateiformat. “Lossless” bedeutet, dass der Audioinhalt
ohne Verlust an Qualität komprimiert wird.
Die Bedingungen der FLAC-Lizenz gelten wie unten dargestellt.
