• The cord set must be UL approved and CSA
certified
• The minimum specification for the flexible cord is:
• No. 16 AWG
• Type SV / SVT or SJ / SJT
• 3 conductor
• The cord set must have a rated current carrying
capacity of at least 15 A.
• The attachment plug must be an earth-grounding
type with a NEMA 5-15P (15A, 125V) or NEMA
6-15P (15A, 250V) configuration
United
Kingdom
• The supply plug must comply with BS1363 (3-pin,
13A) and be fitted with a 13A fuse that complies
with BS1362.
• The mains cord must <HAR> or <BASEC> marked
and be of type H05VVF3G1.00 (minimum).
Europe

• The supply plug must comply with CEE 7/7
(“SCHUKO”) The mains cord must <HAR> or
<BASEC> marked and be of type H05VVF3G1.00
