Practical use of the oil and vinegar dispenser

 The oil and vinegar dispenser is delivered in a closed state. To open the dispenser, use slight pressure

to turn the black dispenser head anti-clockwise and unscrew it slowly until you can separate the head
and the main body of the dispenser.

Fill the 2 chambers with oil and vinegar accordingly. Make sure that the liquid does not reach any
further than the silver casing underneath the screw mechanism.
To close the dispenser, place the black dispenser head back on the main body of the dispenser and
slowly screw it clockwise to close, until a slight resistance is felt. Turn it a little further using gentle
pressure, until the spout opening lines up with the transparent stopper ridge inside the main body of
the dispenser.

 Hold the bottle in a slanted pouring position and press the appropriate button:

„

“V” to season with vinegar

„

“O” to season with oil

„

Or press both buttons together to season with oil and vinegar at the same time.

Info:

There are two grey buttons on the top surface of the black dispenser head. One is marked “V” for “vine-
gar”. The button next to it is marked “O” for “oil”. When filling the dispenser (see

) or reattaching the

dispenser head, please make sure that the chamber beneath the “V” button is filled with vinegar and the
chamber beneath the “O” button is filled with oil.

Care and cleaning

As a basic rule, the oil and vinegar dispenser should be cleaned before its first use and every time it is
refilled. The main body of the dispenser can be cleaned under running, warm water using a soft cloth or
soft brush. The dispenser head can only be cleaned by hand. This can be done as follows:

„

Fill the cleaned dispenser body with hot water (without any additives) and close it tightly with the
dispenser head.

„

Pump the hot water through the spout opening several times. This action will rinse through the entire
pump system.

Do not use a rough sponge or abrasive cleaners!
