Safety advice

Risk of fire!

Do not position the universal battery
charger:

In places exposed to direct sunlight. Otherwise

this could lead to overheating of and irreparable
damage to the universal battery charger.

In the direct vicinity of sources of heat, such as

boilers, ovens, fan heaters and similar devices,
or the ventilation openings of other electrical
devices. Otherwise this could lead to irreparable
damage to the universal battery charger.

In damp environments or in the vicinity of water.

Otherwise moisture could penetrate the universal
battery charger. There is also the risk of electric
shock or fire.

This device is must be used for charging recharge-

able “Ni-Cd” and “Ni-MH” batteries only. Never
charge other types of rechargeable batteries
or single-use, non-rechargeable batteries. These
types of batteries are not suitable for recharging.
Non-suitable or non-rechargeable batteries
could overheat and explode. This could lead to
irreparable damage to the universal battery
charger and the inserted batteries. Risk of injury!
