Guarantee and service

The relevant service hotline number for your country can
be found on the accompanying guarantee document.

Our appliance has been manufactured with the greatest possible care.
Should, however, it fail, we will naturally assume liability for the perfect
condition and functioning of the product within the terms of our guarantee.

The guarantee period is 36 months and begins on the day of the
purchase. Please keep the receipt or invoice as proof of the date of
purchase. The legal warranty obligation is not limited by this guarantee

The following are not covered by the guarantee:
- parts subject to regular wear and tear such as all cutting and

trimming parts.

- damage to fragile parts.
- damage caused by unauthorised tampering.
- damage caused by use of non-original spare parts.
- damage caused by improper handling
- damage caused by force majeure.
- damage caused by not complying with the care instructions.
- batteries.

Likewise, we cannot assume liability for the results of improper use of
the appliance.
