Vorbereitung der Leitung Preparation of the cable

Leitung 2 auf die gewünschte Nenn-
länge ablängen. (ill. 3)
Cut the cable 2 to the desired nominal
length.

Auf Leitung 2 auf beiden Seiten je
eine Knüpftülle 1 gem. Abbildung
aufziehen.
Beide Leitungsenden mittels Abisolier-
zange je 6mm abisolieren.

Slide insulators 1 onto both ends of
cable 2.
Strip both ends of cable to length
L=6mm with cable stripper.
Montage Assembly

Leitung 2 in Buchse 3 (LS205-B) oder
Buchse 4 (LS205-BF) löten.
Max. Löttemperatur: +350°C.
Buchse und Lötstelle müssen frei von
austretendem Lötzinn sein.

Solder cable 2 in socket 3 (LS205-B)
or socket 4 (LS205-BF). Solder temp.
+350°C max.
Socket and solder area should be free
from excess solder.
Hinweis:
Für LS205-B: Ein fi xierter, feder-
nder Stecker Ø2mm hält die Buchse
3 beim Löten fest. Für LS205-BF:
Ein fi xierter, Stecker Ø2mm hält die
Buchse beim Löten fest.
Note:
For LS205-B: for soldering pur-
poses a fi xed, spring loaded plug
Ø2mm can be used to hold the
socket 3 in position. For LK205-BF:
for soldering purposes a fi xed plug
Ø2mm can be used to hold the
socket 4 in position.

Buchse 3 oder 4 stossen, bis zum

Push insulator 1 onto socket 3 or 4 to
its end position.
