Das Magnetventil Typ 0288 erfüllt nur Schutzart IP65,
wenn die Gerätesteckdose ebenfalls in IP65 verwendet
wird. The solenoid valve type 0288 fulfills the protection
class IP65 only, if the cable plug is also used in IP65.
Alternativ können Stecker anderer Hersteller verwendet
werden. Alternatively connectors from other manufacturers
could be used.
Störungen:
Anschlüsse, Spannung, Stromart und Betriebsdruck
prüfen.
Magnet-Spule zieht nicht an: Kurzschluss oder
Spulenunterbrechung
Ventil schließt nicht: Kern und Kernraum reinigen Trouble-shooting:
Check connections, voltage, type of current and work-
ing pressure.
Solenoid coil does not pull in: short circuit or open
circuit in coil.
Valve does not close: clean both the armature and the
armature space.

Bedingungen für den Einsatz: Conditions for use:
− Das genannte Produkt darf in der Zone 2 bzw. 22
nur mit einer Gerätesteckdose, wie oben be-
schrieben, eingesetzt werden.
− Gerätesteckdose erfüllt:
o
mindestens IP54 bei Gas und bei nicht-
leitfähigen Stäuben
o
mindestens IP6X bei leitfähigen Stäuben
− Die Bedienungsanleitung ist zu beachten.
− Das Produkt darf nicht außerhalb der festgelegten
Grenzen betrieben werden.
− Nicht unter Spannung trennen.
− Reinigung nur mit feuchtem oder
antistatischem Tuch.
− Bei Stäuben darf die Schichtdicke von 5 mm nicht
überschritten werden.
− The named product can be used inside Zone 2
and/or Zone 22, if operated with the belonging
cable head.
− Cable plug fullfills:

conductive dust
o
minimum IP6X with conductive dust
− Follow the instruction manual.
− Do not operate the product outside the
described limits.
− Do not separate when energized.
− Cleaning is only allowed with damp or anti-static
cloth.
− In dust atmosphere the maximum allowed thick-
ness of dust is 5 mm.

Einbaulage entsprechend der Normen EN 60079-0, EN
60079-15, EN 61241-0 und EN 61241-1 sowie den Er-
richtungsbestimmungen aus den Normen EN 60079-14
und EN 61241-14 geeignet. The cable plug type 2509 is suited for a protected
mounting position according to the standards EN
60079-0, EN 60079-15, EN 61241-0 and EN 61241-1
as well as for the installation instructions according to
the standards EN 60079-14 and EN 61241-14.
Bei Verwendung alternativer Stecker sind die Anforde-
rungen als ATEX Kategorie 3GD Betriebsmittel zu er-
füllen. Alternative plugs have to fulfill the requirements ATEX
category 3GD.
