FLUIDIC CONNECTION

Mounting the MiniTOP on the actuator

1.

Remove transparent cover from actuator

2.

Unscrew signal part (orange/yellow)

3.

Screw plastic part of switching spindle onto actuator piston rod
and tighten initially by hand only

4.

Screw brass piece into the actuator cover
(SW27; torque = 8,0Nm)

5.

Tighten switching spindle with slot screwdriver
(torque = 1,0Nm)

6.

Position switching cams

6a) Slide lower cam with the plastic bond facing downwards to

contact brass piece

6b) Slide upper cam with the plastic bond facing upwards along the

switching spindle; distance from end of spindle ca. 5 mm

7.

Place MiniTOP on top
Caution!
-

Do not damage mechanical limit switches!!

-

The two setscrews for fastening the MiniTOP to the
actuator must not protrude into the receiving aperture
on the lower part of the housing! The O-ring seal on the
brass guide piece could be damaged!

8.

Bring MiniTOP into the desired rotational position

9.

Clamp MiniTOP tight with the two setscrews (socket head
SW2; torque 0,2...0,4Nm)

10. Make pneumatic connection between MiniTOP and actuator with

6/4 hoses

11. Connect MiniTOP electrically (see ELECTRICAL

CONNECTION)

12. Adjustment of the limit switch switching points is performed

automatically during the first switching cycle!
