Semi automatic pressure fi ltration unit
The newly developed fi ltration unit AutoFilt is
a follow-up development of the manual, small
fi ltration unit LabFilt.
The fi ltration units are a necessary and useful
addition to our NIR polarimeters, since they are
making the use of environmental hazardous clari-
fi cation chemicals for highly colored samples with
a large amount of solids needless and shorten
the fi ltration time drastically.
AutoFilt stainless steel fi ltration unit with automatic
valve control for pressure inlet-depressurisation-
cleaning for up to 250 ml sample volume.
Complete with sealing, fi lter support inside the
outlet funnel and 100 fi lter pads with 150 mm
diameter.
Applications
AutoFilt is mainly intended for use in the modern,
environmental sensitive sugar laboratory.

Halbautomatische Druckfi ltrationseinheit
Die neu entwickelte Filtrationseinheit AutoFilt ist
eine Weiterentwicklung der manuellen, kleinen
Filtrationseinheit LabFilt.
AutoFilt ist eine notwendige und sinnvolle Ergän-
zung zu den SCHMIDT+HAENSCH NIR-Polarimetern
oder Saccharomaten, da es den Einsatz umwelt-
schädlicher Klärungschemikalien bei stark gefärbten
Proben mit hohem Feststoffanteil unnötig macht.
Außerdem wird die Filtrationszeit stark verkürzt
und so der Arbeitsablauf im Labor optimiert.
Das AutoFilt ist mit einer automatischen Ventil-
kontrolle zur Druckeinlass-Belüftung-Spülung für
bis zu 250 ml Probenvolumen ausgestattet.
Die Filtrationseinheit wird komplett mit Dichtung,
Filterpapierstütze im Auslauftrichter und 100
Filterpapieren im Durchmesser 150 mm geliefert.
