INTENDED USE
The disposable web is used to lift and support the abdominal
pannus away from the femoral artery/groin area to assist in
visualization and unimpeded access to the femoral artery for
vascular access.
BASE UNIT POSITIONING
1. Position base unit on the cath table, under the mattress pad,
prior to patient transfer. Orient the base unit so the set of top 2
cleats is toward the patient’s head. Position the single cleat set
toward the patient’s feet just proximal to the patient’s iliac crest.
The base unit must be positioned at or above the level of the
iliac crest to achieve proper pannus retraction.
DISPOSABLE WEB DEPLOYMENT
2a Place disposable web on patient’s abdomen and orient the web
with the 2 bottom straps toward the patient’s feet. Locate and
thread the 2 bottom straps through the bottom and middle cleats
of the base unit. Locate and thread the top (dark blue) strap
through the top cleat.
2b The middle (light blue) lifting straps are the first to secure.
Hold bottom of web on crease of patient’s abdomen with one
hand and pull on the middle strap with the other hand until the
pannus is retracted. Secure middle strap by pulling it into the
narrow part of the cleat, repeat on other side.
2c Secure bottom (white) securing straps next, using the
same method.
2d Secure top (dark blue) stabilizing straps last, using the
same method.
LOCKABLE ARM BOARD SECUREMENT
If using the KanguruWeb™ arm rests, insert arm rest in handle of
the KanguruWeb™ base unit and turn knob underneath to lock in
place. If using other arm rests, slide arm rest between the base
unit and the procedure table after you have implemented the web.

USAGE PRÉVU
La ceinture jetable est utilisée pour soulever et maintenir le pannus
abdominal loin de la zone de l’artère fémorale et de l’aine. Cela
aide à visualiser et à libérer l’accès vasculaire à l’artère fémorale.
POSITIONNEMENT DE L’UNITÉ DE BASE
1. Positionner l’unité de base sur la table de cathétérisme, sous le
couvre-matelas, avant le transfert du patient. Orienter l’unité de base de
façon à ce que l’ensemble à deux barrettes supérieures soit dirigé vers la
tête du patient. Positionner l’ensemble à une seule barrette en direction
des pieds du patient à côté de la crête iliaque. L’unité de base doit être
positionnée au-dessus ou au niveau de la crête iliaque pour obtenir une
rétraction adéquate du pannus.
DÉPLIAGE DE LA CEINTURE ABDOMINALE JETABLE
2a Placer la ceinture abdominale jetable sur l’abdomen du patient et la
positionner de façon à ce que les deux sangles inférieures soient dirigées
vers les pieds du patient. Trouver les 2 sangles inférieures et les faire
passer à travers les barrettes du bas et du milieu de l’unité de base.
Trouver la sangle supérieure (bleu foncé) et la faire passer à travers la
barrette supérieure.
2b Les sangles de levage du milieu (bleu clair) doivent être attachées en
premier. Tenir d’une main le bas de la ceinture abdominale sur le pli de
l’abdomen du patient et tirer la sangle du milieu de l’autre main jusqu’à
ce que le pannus soit rétracté. Fixer la sangle du milieu en tirant la partie
étroite de la barrette, puis recommencer de l’autre côté.
2c Fixer ensuite les sangles inférieures (blanches) suivant la
même méthode.
2d Fixer en dernier les sangles de stabilisation (bleu foncé) suivant
la même méthode.
FIXATION DE L’ACCOUDOIR VERROUILLABLE
Si les accoudoirs KanguruWeb™ sont utilisés, insérer l’accoudoir dans la
poignée de l’unité de base KanguruWeb™ et tourner le bouton du dessous
pour le verrouiller en position. Si un autre type d’accoudoirs est utilisé,
glisser l’accoudoir entre l’unité de base et la table d’opération après avoir
placé la ceinture abdominale.

DESTINAZIONE D’USO
La membrana monouso è impiegata per sollevare e sostenere il
pannicolo addominale separandolo dall’arteria femorale/regione
inguinale, per una visualizzazione ottimale e un accesso senza
impedimenti all’arteria femorale negli interventi di accesso vascolare.
POSIZIONAMENTO DELL’UNITÀ DI BASE
1. Collocare l’unità di base sul tavolo di cateterismo, sotto l’im
bottitura, prima di trasferire il paziente. Orientare l’unità di base in
modo tale che il set costituito dalle 2 fermacinghie superiori sia
rivolto verso la testa del paziente. Posizionare il set costituito da un
solo fermacinghie verso i piedi del paziente in posizione prossimale
rispetto alla cresta iliaca del paziente. L’unità di base deve essere
collocata in prossimità o al di sopra del livello della cresta iliaca per
ottenere una retrazione adeguata del pannus.
APPLICAZIONE DELLA MEMBRANA MONOUSO
2a Collocare la membrana monouso sull’addome del paziente ed
orientarla avvalendosi delle 2 cinghie inferiori verso i piedi del
paziente. Individuare le 2 cinghie inferiori e farle passare attraverso
i fermacinghie inferiore e centrale dell’unità di base. Individuare la
cinghia superiore (di colore blu scuro) e farla passare attraverso il
fermacinghie superiore.
2b Fissare innanzitutto le cinghie da sollevamento centrali (di colore
azzurro). Tenere ferma con una mano la sezione inferiore della
membrana sulla piega dell’addome del paziente e tirare con l’altra
mano la cinghia centrale fino alla retrazione del pannus. Fissare la
cinghia centrale tirandola all’interno della sezione ristretta del
fermacinghie. Ripetere per il lato opposto.
2c Fissare quindi le cinghie di sicurezza inferiori (di colore bianco)
usando lo stesso metodo.
2d Fissare per ultime le cinghie di stabilizzazione superiori (di colore
blu scuro) usando lo stesso metodo.
BLOCCO DEI POGGIABRACCIA BLOCCABILI
Se si usano i reggibraccia KanguruWeb™, inserire il reggibraccia
nell’impugnatura dell’unità di base KanguruWeb™ e girare la
manopola rinvenibile nella sezione inferiore per bloccarlo in posizione.
Se si usano altri reggibraccia, inserire il reggibraccia tra l’unità di base
ed il tavolo operatorio dopo aver applicato la membrana.

Das zum einmaligen Gebrauch bestimmte Stoffgewebe dient zum
Wegheben und Stützen des abdominalen Unterhautfettgewebes von der
Femoralarterie/Leistengegend, um eine bessere Visualisierung und einen
unbehinderten Gefäßzugang zur Femoralarterie zu ermöglichen.
POSITIONIERUNG DER GRUNDEINHEIT
1. Die Grundeinheit vor dem Transfer des Patienten unter der Matratze auf
dem Kathetertisch positionieren. Die Grundeinheit so ausrichten, dass der
Satz mit den oberen zwei Klampen zum Kopf des Patienten weist. Den
einzelnen Klampensatz in Richtung der Füße des Patienten positionieren,
unmittelbar proximal vom Darmbeinkamm des Patienten. Die Grundeinheit
muss sich auf oder oberhalb der Ebene des Darmbeinkamms befinden,
um eine angemessene Pannusretraktion zu erzielen.
ANLEGEN DES WEGWERFGEWEBES
2a Das Wegwerfgewebe so auf den Bauch des Patienten legen, dass die 2
unteren Bänder zu den Füßen des Patienten weisen. Die 2 unteren Bänder
durch die untere und mittlere Klampe der Grundeinheit ziehen. Das obere
(dunkelblaue) Band durch die obere Klampe ziehen.
2b Die mittleren (hellblauen) Hebebänder werden zuerst gesichert. Den
unteren Rand des Gewebes mit einer Hand an der Bauchfalte des
Patienten festhalten und mit der anderen Hand das mittlere Band
anziehen, bis der Pannus zurückgezogen ist. Das mittlere Band sichern,
indem es in den schmalen Teil der Klampe gezogen wird. Den Vorgang
auf der anderen Seite wiederholen.
2c Als Nächstes die unteren (weißen) Befestigungsbänder mit der gleichen
Methode sichern.
2d Zuletzt die oberen (dunkelblauen) Stabilisierungsbänder mit der
gleichen Methode sichern.
SICHERUNG DER VERRIEGELBAREN ARMSTÜTZE
Bei Verwendung der Armstützen des KanguruWeb™ die Armstütze in den
Griff an der Grundeinheit des KanguruWeb™ stecken und den Knopf an
der Unterseite drehen, um sie zu verriegeln. Bei Gebrauch anderer
Armstützen diese nach Anlegen des Gewebes zwischen die Grundeinheit
und den Verfahrenstisch schieben.

USO PREVISTO
La malla desechable se utiliza para elevar y mantener el tejido de
granulación abdominal alejado de la arteria femoral y de la zona de
la ingle para permitir una mejor visualización y ofrecer acceso sin
obstáculos a la arteria femoral para el acceso vascular.
COLOCACIÓN DE LA UNIDAD BASE
1. Coloque la unidad base en la mesa de cateterismo, por debajo
del colchón, antes de transferir al paciente. Oriente la unidad base
de forma que el conjunto de las 2 cuñas superiores se dirija hacia
la cabeza del paciente. Coloque el conjunto de una sola cuña hacia
los pies del paciente, proximal a la cresta ilíaca del paciente. La
unidad base deberá colocarse al mismo nivel o por encima de la
cresta ilíaca para lograr una correcta retracción del tejido
de granulación.
DESPLIEGUE DE LA MALLA DESECHABLE
2a Coloque la malla desechable sobre el abdomen del paciente y
oriéntela con las 2 correas inferiores hacia los pies del paciente.
Sitúe y pase las 2 correas inferiores a través de las cuñas inferior
e intermedia de la unidad base. Sitúe y pase la correa superior
(azul oscuro) a través de la cuña superior.
2b Las correas elevadoras intermedias (azul claro) son las
primeras en fijarse. Mantenga la porción inferior de la malla sobre
la cresta de abdomen del paciente con una mano, y tire de la cor-
rea intermedia con la otra mano hasta que el tejido de granulación
se retraiga. Fije la correa intermedia tirando de ella por la porción
más estrecha de la cuña, y repita la operación en el otro lado.
2c A continuación, fije las correas de seguridad inferiores
(blancas), usando el mismo método.
2d Finalmente, fije las correas estabilizadoras superiores
(azul oscuro), usando el mismo método.
FIJACIÓN DEL APOYABRAZOS BLOQUEABLE
Si está usando los apoyabrazos KanguruWeb™, introduzca el
apoyabrazos en el mango de la unidad base KanguruWeb™ y gire
la llave que se encuentra situada debajo para fijarlo en posición.
Si está usando otro apoyabrazos, deslícelo hasta situarlo entre
la unidad base y la mesa de intervenciones una vez que haya
preparado la malla.
