3.2.8 Operation of electronic timer
If first use: Remove transport lock on the battery cover (red plastic), remove protective foil!
Designated current time adjustment:
 Reset timer, press button „M“ and „S“ simultaneously.
 Press button „M“, for adjusting minutes.
 Press botton„S“, for adjusting seconds. (audible beep)
Timer switch on / off:
 If the designated time is adjusted, press once button „START/STOP“. The current time starts,
the advertisements M and S flashes.
Signal, recall memory:
 If the time expires, a buzzer-alarm sounds for 30sek.
 To rerun the set time press once button „START/STOP“.
Battery change:
 Open the battery compartment.
 Remove old battery (Attention! Dispose professionel)
 New batteries typ G-13, 1,5V with anode „+“ face upwards.
 Close battery cover.
3.2.9 Pressure adjustement, operating control lever
The control lever has 4 positions:
Center position .................... Hydraulic and valves turned off.
Left position ....................... Driving the machine at high speed
Half right position ................ Pressure hold (position detend)
Full right position ................. Rapid motion movement (returns in half-right postion)
By operating the hydraulic control lever automatically turns on. The machine moves in the chosen
direction.
In rapid motion, the machine can be moved with a pressure of about 35bar. This pressure is in
the control box (R3 set) (should only be changed if necessary).
Important: In the process at rapid motion is no pressure control. Only in half right position.
Method: At the Approach of the machine should be used rapid motion. Just before the meeting
ends of the tube should then be put back to keep up pressure. Then, the pressure control is
activated and the pressure builds up a ramp up to the selected value on. To go back too soon
keep pressure, it is possible that the pressure overload.
For set pressure use adjusting potentiometer.
3.2.10 Putting out of operation
 Switch off heating element.
Let the heating element cool or stow it in such a way that no adjacent materials
can be ignited!
 Switch off the machine on the main switch.
 Disconnect the power cable.
