8.4 Control box
According to applicable UVV regulations, the saw must operate in TIPP OPERATION, i.e.,
the pushbutton must held pressed during the complete sawing process.
By pushing the EMERGENCY STOP, the saw band motor switches off.
The saw bow stops
The saw can only be run by the two safety balls left and right on the control panel
8.5 Operating process
 Main switch ON, lamp "voltage” burns.
 Saw bow lifting up to a level which corresponds to the pipe diameter. The button must be
pressed.
 Set desired angle and fix saw bow.
 Place tube on sawing bed and align for desired length.
 Clamping pipe.
 Start saw band motor.
9. Maintenance and servicing
Daily
Clean saw band wheels, saw band deflection, and the environment of the saw band of splinters.
Weekly
Thoroughly clean saw, lubricate guides, oil unpainted machine parts.
Yearly
Main service, with check of all mechanical and electrical parts.
Legally perform safety checks
