7. Rückenlehnengegendruck / Tension adjustment
Stellen Sie den Gegendruck der Rückenlehne so ein, dass der Oberkörper aufgerichtet, aber nicht nach
vorn gedrückt wird.
Mehr Rückenlehnengegendruck: Handrad im Uhrzeigersinn drehen.
Weniger Rückenlehnengegendruck: Handrad gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen.
Adjust the backrest tension so that the upper body is held upright but is not pushed forwards.
To increase the backrest tension: turn the handwheel clockwise.
To decrease the backrest tension: turn the handwheel anticlockwise.

9. Armlehnen Nr. 125/195 / Armrests No. 125/195 (Option)
Stellen Sie die Breite der Armlehnen so ein, dass die Ellbogen nicht am Körper anliegen. Die Höhe der
Armlehnen ist dann richtig, wenn die Ellbogen aufliegen und somit die Schulter- und Nackenmuskulatur
entspannt ist.
Höhenverstellbar (10 cm; Taste
å drücken), werkzeuglos breitenverstellbar (3,5 cm; Exzenterverschluß

8. Syncro Activ-Balance® (Option)
Aktivieren Sie die Sitzneigeverstellung (Freischalten), damit an den Unterseiten der Oberschenkel keine
Druckstellen auftreten.
Freischalten des gesamten Stuhloberteils; Hebel nach oben ziehen und loslassen; das Stuhloberteil bewegt
sich in allen Bewegungen mit = dynamisch aktivierendes Sitzen.
Arretieren in beliebiger Sitzhaltung: Hebel nach unten drücken und loslassen; arretiertes Stuhloberteil in
beliebiger Sitzhaltung.
Activate the seat-tilt adjustment (unlock it) so that no pressure points occur on the undersides of the thighs.
To unlock the entire upper part of the chair: pull the lever upwards and then let go; the upper part of the
chair moves with all of your movements = active dynamic seated posture.
To lock the chair in any desired seated posture: pull the lever downwards and then let go; the upper part of
the chair is locked in any desired seated posture.
