Installation

Using the appliance

To fi nd out which model your oven is (“a”, “b”,
c”) compare its control panel with the control
panels shown in the illustrations.

Identify the model of your hob (“d”, “e”) by
comparing the number and layout of the elements
on your appliance with that shown in the illustrations.

1.1 Unpacking. Remove all the protective

packaging elements.

1.2 Mains connection. Always take into

account the data on the reference plate
(1.2.1, 1.2.2) and the measurements of the
cabinet the oven will be housed in (1.2.3).

The installation can be made by means
of plugs and sockets or by using the
connecting strip. The maximum amperage
depends on the type of connection. To carry
out the connections, fi rst loosen the two
screws “A” on the oven to obtain access to
the connecting strip (1.2.4).

Hobs:

Stick the foam join along the outer edge of
the hob to make it watertight (1.2.5). Turn the
hob over and insert it into the hole (1.2.6).
Secure it to the unit with the hooks supplied
(1.2.7). Do not use non-removable materials
such as silicone. When the hob has been
installed in the top of the oven recess, the
oven/hob connection cables will be visible.
These cables are encased in a sheath and
end in a male connector “A”. At the rear
of the oven control panel, you will see the
female connector “B” which is for connecting
up the appliances. To make the connection,
proceed as follows:

- Fit the oven into the recess, leaving just
enough space to handle it.

- Fit connectors “A” and “B” together and
connect the appliance to the mains (1.2.8).

Ovens:

Fit the oven into the space, ensuring there
is no excess cable in the upper part (1.2.9,
1.2.10). Screw it to the fi tting using the two
screws supplied (1.2.11). The fi tted furniture

Ovens:

Before using your new oven for the fi rst time,
heat it up while empty
(with no food in it and
with the control turned to

, at for 30 minutes

at 250ºC). It may produce some smoke or a bad
smell (this is normal and is caused by the oven
heating up grease residue etc.). When it has
cooled down, pre-clean it by wiping the inside
with a damp cloth.
2.1 Accessories. Depending on the model

there is a Deep Tray (2.1.1), Flat Tray (2.1.2)
and Multifunctional Grill (2.1.3) that work
separately. If it also possible to combine

or its surface must be heat-resistant. The time
must be set in order to fi nish the installation (c).
After a period of inactivity, the machine will turn
to standby and its brightness will diminish or the
screen will switch off, depending on the model.
