The spanner flat 2 on the connecting rod
serves as a counter support for avoiding
transverse loads during fitting.
S Pressurize the DLP-... so that its piston
rod retracts.
S Pull out the connecting rod 3 of the
AS-DLP-... until it would be possible to
fasten it on the slide.
S Push the bolt provisionally through the
hole and the rod clevis.
In this way you can check whether the
connecting rod of the measuring cylinder
remains free of stress in this position.
Final fitting can be carried out at a later
stage.
S Loosen slightly the screws of the clamping
jaws.
It must now be possible to shift the
AS-DLP-... .
S Push the AS-DLP-... in the direction of the
connecting rod fastening completely into
the end position.
Due to the fitted bolt, the connecting rod
will move in until it reaches the stop.
