S Push the AS-DLP-... again a few milli-
metres in the opposite direction.
S Tighten the clamping screws of the clamp-
ing jaws again.
S Remove the bolt in the connecting rod
fastening.
S Pressurize the DLP-... so that its piston
rod extends.
S Pull out the connecting rod of the measur-
ing cylinder until the fitting holes are
aligned again.
In the position reached, the positioning
shaft is in the “zero position.”
Positioning units are set at the factory to
mark the “zero position.”
S Fasten the connecting rod finally on the
slide.
Errors in alignment require remedial
measures such as the following:
– readjustment of the measuring
cylinder to the positioning cylinder
– compensation elements
– offsetting the holes.
