3. Set up and Operation

First please put on the white gloves to avoid finger prints on the surface of the acrylic chassis during
installation.

1. Place the chassis on a solid and low resonance base. The base should be
levelled before. To protect the surface of the chosen rack, simply use the
delivered flat pads placing them under the spikes of the turntable chassis.

2. To avoid hum noises it can be necessary to ground the bearing.
For that please plug in the provided ground cable into the attachment
screw of the bearing at the bottom side of the turntable

3. When you unpack the turntable platter please be careful that the already preassembled upper
part of the bearing not slip out. Now pull out the upper part of the bearing from the turntable and
remove the protective security tape from the bearing housing.

4. Squeeze a little bit (1 or 2 drops) of the bearing oil into the upper
part of the platter bearing. Caution: pay attention not to place any of
the grease on the acrylic surface of the chassis.

5. Place the upper part of the bearing carefully over the spindle mounted in the turntable chassis. Do
not use too much pressure for this step otherwise you will
cause damage to the bearing.

6. Place the turntable onto the upper part of the bearing until the two
markings (platter, upper part of the bearing) are positioned as shown in
the above figure.

7. The following adjustment is very important:
Please check whether your

-turntable is in a

levelled position using the level-gauge. Should the bubble of
the level-gauge not be in the centre of the black circle, please make sure, that
the underground of the turntable is flat.
Only if the turntable is in the ideal position you will get the best
performance.
