2. Getting started
Before using Accu Drive it is important to fully charge the internal batteries to
bring them to the optimum operating condition.
Connect the Accu Drive to the mains power supply with the power cable.
Make sure that the switch on the rear panel is in position “I” and turn on the Accu Drive by
pressing the front panel button for at least 0.5 seconds.
After 30 seconds the device will go into charging mode .
The charging time will vary depending on the level of existing residual charge in the internal
batteries.
When the battery charge level is shown on the display at 96% the Accu Drive is ready for
use. Connect the Accu Drive to the appropriate device (typically a Clearaudio turntable).
3. Modes of Operation
Switching On and Off
To switch the Accu Drive on: make sure that the rear panel switch on is in position “I” then
press the front button for at least 0.5 seconds.
Briefly pressing the front panel button will cycle through the display modes.
To switch the Accu Drive off: press and hold the front panel button or turn the rear panel
switch to the position “0”.
Briefly pressing the front panel button will cycle through the various display modes:
Status information * :
Shows the approximate battery
charge level.
Output information * :
Shows the output voltage level and
current flow.
Charging information * :
Shows the input charging voltage and
input current flow.
