Recording laps

Whilst the recording of your total training is running, you can record
individual laps. The time continues to run whilst you are recording
the laps.
In stopwatch mode, press the LAP button. The display shows the
time and the number of the most recently timed lap for 5 sec, for
example

LAP 01

. This lap number also flashes. After the 5 sec, the

display switches automatically to the next lap and displays the num-
ber of the current lap, for example

LAP 02

.

You can record up to 25 laps per training session if required.

Deleting all records

Before you delete the training session, we recommend that you
analyse the training record. In training mode, press the
ST/STP/RESET button for 3 sec to reset the stopwatch and delete
all saved training data. In the upper line, "000000" will subsequently
be displayed for the training time.
